Long story. Basically a patient got her keys stuck in the car and despite security having the MEANS to open it, they refused. They said they'd only open it for hospital employees and doctors but NOT for SICK ELDERLY PATIENTS.

So, I went down, told them it was my car...and yeah...they figured it out.
