Well I made it out of the house, ate breakfast and took care of 2 errands. Now I am going back to bed.
There is no reason to be outside or awake on a day like today!

Being with family
Getting up early this morning, going to bed early (830 pm)
I woke up just now
Looked outside
Satisfied that I had slept through the night
Looked at the window
And thought," well maybe it is around 6 am"
The sun is about to come up
I can tell.
I looked at my phone/ clock to see how close I guessed.
It is 10 pm
10 pm
Of the same day I went to sleep.
10 pm.
I still have 8 more hours to go
To try to sleep

Ugh
I finished work around midnight last night, then I dozed off for a few hours, then I was awake again until about 11AM, then I finally put myself to bed under the comforter all cozy... and I slept the day away. It felt great.
Of course I still have a million things to do to get ready for the holidays and i STILL HAVE TO WORK MONDAY AND HALF OF TUESDAY FUCK but happy holidaysdfklf
Well now I go to sleep at midnight and I'm up by 4 or 5 or 6. Its reverse depression, its anxiety. I couldn't sleep in if I wanted to right now, short of taking multiple drug to help me sleep.
I took a nap, it began at 7 AM and now it is 10. And I don't want to get up.
So I guess I am back to normal!
I could stay in bed all day. I have no energy.
Very nice.
It is 7 PM Monday Evening.
I am setting my alarm for 6 AM and going to sleep now. I keep falling asleep on the couch looking at the computer screen.
I worked until 11:30pm. Did some personal work on the PC for an hour or two, then feel asleep in the comfy chair watching some TV. Woke up and made a late night snack around 3am, then fell asleep again until around 5:30am and then again till around 7am. Have been puttering around ever since. I will be tired/sleepy when I sign on to work again this afternoon.
I only just realized the typo in the title.
I went to do a search, typed alarm accidentally, searched for "alarm" didn't find this thread so I searched for "hours"

Anyway. I set my alarm for 38 hours earlier when I laid down for my nap. Hoping I would sleep a full day.
I have since woken up, but I still have 34:hours to sleep if I want.
