Eh...it's no biggie now. Most of his stuff is gone (furniture and such)...it's just his junk (I have no clue what specifically) that's still there. Bleh...

Hey, I don't mind cleaning it up...if he'll just hurry up and leave I can FINALLY have my house! I see it as a small side issue, but it'll get handled.

Teehee...well, I can't talk too much smack. We drove by over there, and he's moving...I can tell he's pissed about it, but he is moving stuff.
 
Um...no. His landlord is the one selling it- he's just the loser renter that can't pay his rent on time! :P

We worked hella hard to get him out, too. The owner was just going to let it foreclose before we came along.

Not a good idea, never leave anything in writing.........he can now move his stuff out and accuse you of stealing it.
