Damn time change messin with the time I take my pill. I have to change it up by an hour, but I'm already in the office by that time so I always try to take it about 10 minutes earlier each day untl I am back at my normal time of taking the pill.

The pill is supposed to be taken around the same time each day for maximum effectiveness. Also if the time varies-say I forget and then take it at noon instead of 7 AM then I will probably get my period the next day. It is that sensitive. I take the pills straight through the month so I have no period at all.
