Should I? I think a nice hole in the middle of my forehead would releive the immense pressure that is building in my skull from the power of my humongous brain

Before starting, make sure you use the right drill bit for your extra thick skull.
 
If a square-shaped hole is good enough to solve your problem, I will be more than happy to assist with a hammer and 8-inches nail.
