Screw the voicework, I want Luke Skywalker back on screen.

We know the star wars series is the wrong time period, so why not have him in other shows we like.

Make him a regular on lost, maybe the captain on the freighter, or some rival to Alan Dale.

Or have him on the Sarah Connor chronicals as the grown up John.

It would be awesome if the cliffhnager on Lost was Daniel killing Claire (because who would see that coming!?) then calling his boss and his boss says "everything is going as I have foreseen it" and the camera pans up and it's MARK HAMIL and there's a pie chart behind him because he's the ECONOMIST.
 
I am surprised Hamill hasn't had more genre work as well.
 
Many actors prefer voiceover work if they can get it regularly. There's no rehearsing or memorization, no makeup or costumes, and it requires 2-4 hours out of your day instead of 16.

The cast of The Simpsons are the luckiest people alive.
 
It sucks that George Takei gets all these cool guests roles just because he's gay and Hamil gets NOTHING (probably) even though he was Luke Skywalker (who'd fucking kill Sulu in a lightsabre versus fencing sword fight.)
 
Maybe he should turn gay too. Although that would have been more useful to me 25 years ago.
 
Maybe he should turn asexual and lead a new revolution agains the oppressive forces of sexuality.
