This was all going to plan but David Gest had an appointment with his neck jeweller that he had to keep - so paid someone to get him out early. Then the anus thing was a plant by people in power.

Otherwise I was bang on the money.
 
It is interesting that they gave Matt the best final task. Of course he was going to win after eating an anus and penis! Obviously someone wants to discredit Dan Brown...
