I'm still a bit behind myself. Just about to watch day 5, and day 6 is still downloading; but so far I want to kill Lauren Booth for her vapid political statements about the war and blaming her brother in law, TONY BLAIR, for personally killing 650,000 Iraqi's. :roll: What a stupid cunt she is.


Also on my hate list is Henshall, the bitchy little queen. I would very much like to punch him. The rest are alright. David Gest is a fucking legend as is Jason Donovan. Gaffney should be classic as well but he's only just arrived so I'll have to see just how hilarious he is. Matt Willis is funny and Mylene is fit. And of course the Tobster: Toby Anstis just reminds me of being a kid coming back from school and turning on CBBC and seeing his stupid mug. I'd forgotten he existed. Legend all the same.


Should be funny this week. The public has to stop nominating Leeming though. I want to see Booth thrown off a cliff or something covered in spiders for her Bush Tucker Trial. Yes. That is what I want.
 
Gest just gets better with his no doubt made-up stories which always seem to end with a woman dying. I agree that it's annoying when they keep voting the same person to do the trials (Leeming in this case) even if she is an annoying old cow.

OMG SPOILERS they've split the camp into two now, guys in one, girls in the other. It's been a good move so far and prepare to hate Henshall even more...
 
Are they on safari or something?

I hope Gest gets trampled by a rhino then.
 
They have to live in a camp in the Australian rainforest. They get voted to do trials which are usually accompanied by millions of bugs, spiders and snakes being poured on them and they have to grab stars to win meals for the camp. Gest is actually much less of a diva than some of them and was of course the first one chosen to do a Bush Tucker Trial by the public but after his ballsy performance in it the public like him now. The guy is a legend.

IFE STYLE EXTRA (UK) - Michael Jackson reportedly begged his childhood friend David Gest not to go on 'I'm A Celebrity- Get Me Out Of Here!'

The singer thought TV bosses would try to make a fool out of Gest and allegedly told him he was crazy to consider going on the show.

Jackson, 48, reminded Gest of the humiliation he suffered after allowing TV journalist Martin Bashir to film a documentary about him and pleaded with Gest not to suffer the same fate, claims Gest's bodyguard.

Imad Handi says many of the concert promoter's friends thought it was a bad idea to go on the show, but he encouraged him to sign up.

Handi said: "I think being in the jungle will be good for him.

"But not everyone was so sure. The whole Jackson clan was saying to him: 'Don't do it, you are mad to agree to go on this show.' "

Meanwhile, the jungle has been split in two - turning the show into a battle of the sexes.

The two camps - boys versus girls - will compete for food, treats and immunity from eviction.

Scott Henshall lost out to Phina Oruche in the Celebrity Chest swamp search.

The fashion designer sat on the chest and refused to move when Phina found the key to open it.

The actress was incensed by Scott's behaviour and launched herself at him kicking, biting and scratching Scott until she got to the chest.

The girls won cheese and biscuits.

I will watch this show vicariously though all of you. There was an American version of this show once.
 
Did they really do an American one? It's the kind of thing I'd expect to be ripped off but I never heard about it.

My only guess is that people voted to save him because they think he'll cause more fights...the bastards.

Well they only did it once in 2003.
It starred: Bruce Jenner, Tyson Beckford, Nikki Schieler Ziering, Melissa Rivers, Robin Leach, Maria Conchita Alonso, Chris Judd, Alana Stewart, Downtown Julie Brown, and John Melendez.
 
Those aren't celebrities, I don't see one American in the bunch!

At least you can actually recognise them. I still haven't worked out who Scott Henshall is.
