I do my grocery shopping in the middle of the night, and haul it home in a taxicab. If the bagger forgets to throw something in there, it is LOST. Ain't no way I'm going back out at 3 in the morning, halfway down Manhattan to retrieve something that cost half as much as the cab ride.
One time when I went up to the suburbs to visit my sister, we went to the supermarket, and when we were done and had loaded the trunk, she went to return the cart to the carriage bay, and the "special" cart attendant almost had a seizure because he couldn't get there first to do it for her. We got his whole life story while all her frozen food was melting.
Can't they just work in factories or something? I MEAN REALLY!
