Instead of death, should you get a NICE CAKE at the end of your life?

a nice cake to one person isn't so nice to another you know.. some people just have to be difficult but i think we're mostly in agreement on the chocolate factor, but what if someone's allergic to chocolate? prolly won't matter if your throat swells up and you suffocate because you're gonna die in a few minutes anyway might as well enjoy your last few chocalatey bits before you croak.
 
The cake lasts forever, did I mention that?

It's a legal loophole to get around the life after death problem. No, you can't live forever in paradise, but you can eternally eat a nice cake...
