Is anyone here Cyril Sneer from The Raccoons?

No, but I loved watching the show as a kid. The depth of the story arc concerning hiis disappointment with his son is often sadly overlooked, as is the commentary on the independence of the media.

I remember Cyril mellowed out by the end and there was probably a very special Christmas episode where he threw a party for orphaned kids or something.

but I cant remember which dog was Cyril's: Schaeffer or Snag?

Schaeffer (voiced by Carl Banas): the Raccoons' friend, a large sheepdog. Originally portrayed as slow and dim-witted, he quickly became one of the brightest characters on the show.

Snag (voiced by Michael Magee): Pet dog of Cyril and Cedric Sneer.

And it lasted FIVE years!

I last saw Cedric Sneer cleaning the toilets at Brighton Train Station.

The only bit from the opening naration I can remember is "...except for THE RACCOONS" then the music plays.
