I consulted with my Canadian friends and there certainly is not "pancake day" this week.
I am going to make my own. Every Tuesday is Pancake day!

Canadians are liars and cheats.
And they steal holidays but then adjust the dates on them--because their tiny brains make them think that way no one will notice and/or because they live in a godforsaken frozen wasteland. Hence, Canadian Thanksgiving is the 2nd Monday in October, Canadian 4th of July is July 1, and Canadian Pancake Day is a week after regular Pancake Day. It's science.
And as for Canadian bacon...actually I like Canadian bacon. It can stay.
