I've seen proof that the "angry" posts at FlatEarth +the wikipedia article are FAKE!

With administrator names like "Professor Gay Cunt", and "FE apologists" having video games and Japanese animation avatars, It's obvious even to an "internet is serious business" individual that this site is a joke with a 4chan audience.

When Cassie linked me to this site one month ago, my impulse was to register as an angry teen. The assholes there gloated, thinking that they actually "baited" a true angry person. The same thing happens in every thread.

Most people pretending to be angry are aware of the reality of this site, or are FES users themselves having duals. Only a very small minority actually goes there to "prove" that the earth is round.

As I said in the other thread, ultimately, the joke is the idiots basking in the imaginary glory of "pwning" an non existing audience of people tricked by the site.

You think having hundreds of guests viewing the forum everyday all day long is a non existent audience? No one is basking in the glory of pwning anyone.. only having some fun, you should try it sometime

Ironic. I would say the very same thing about the makers of that sad excuse of a website and its inhabitants.

The members there are perfectly aware that there are people only pretending to be angry kids.. it's all a game.

Precisely ! Most people on that website are playing along, pretending to be angry, or duals of existing FESers. The ones who were really "baited" are quasi-inexistent, which cripples the "fun" factor of this website, reducing it to some macabre hypocrisy-fest for a bunch of bored people.

This is not "fun", this is a waste of time at best. Join our StarCraft orgies, they're more "fun".

I don't play Starcraft. If everyone is having fun, why should you be so upset over it? There are plenty of truly outraged noobs who join FES everyday to make up for the duals pretending. Besides playing with the noobs, we also have discussions amongst ourselves just like people do here.. oh yeah you are extremely disdainful of "internet people" even though you are one yourself. You're trying to make it seem as if I have a deep rooted hatred for internet users, or some other obscure motive behind expressing the fact I was not entertained by FES. Can't you accept the opinion of anyone who did not like that website for what it is, instead of conspiracy theorizing ?
