I've taken up drawing.

Here is a new one. An attempt at a Manga style drawing.

You notice I like drawing females. :bigass:

The big drawing is coming along nicely. I have the outline done and all I need is a lot of free time to put the detail in I desire.

I had another crack at Frodo, it still doesn't look much like Elijah but I didn't go crazy with making the proportions of his face exactly the same as the picture. I think it came out better than the last but I will probably have ANOTHER crack at it and improve it again.

after an hour of fussing I fixed the right antler so it doesn't drive me mad looking at it.

Curious you give me a boner your'e drawings are so damn nice. You have that burne hogarth technique but w/ a nice soften edge to it.

Life drawing teacher must've creamed her knickers when you were in there.

Good thing you're applying youself now eh? Keep it coming yo.

heh. thank you, Smitty, that's huge. The guy's Dynamic Anatomy book is still in circulation...I know, cuz I was thumbing through it Tuesday night... he studied anthropolgy too and I can see the attention to details of anatomy coming from that...then his love for the renaissance brought out that "heroic romantism" which turns my crank and which was so perfect for Tarzan.
Which makes me totally derivative, alas! :D
good thing I do it for love.
