Awesome! A million dollars in the bank would make my retirement fund manager super happy with me. He wasn't too happy when I told him my plan to spend up my savings on fun now before the IRS could figure out more ways to take my hard earned money.
Also, MK said she would go with me to Seattle in April to see the Tulip and Daffodil Festivals and the Moisture Festival. She will go with me to that rain forest near there too.
The new paralegal seems to be working out fine so I'm putting in my vacation requests for next year this week so they have to let me go no matter what comes up.
One of my Buddhist nun friends just moved back to Seattle so it will be a big fun vacation!
Ok - I really did like MK's reaction to me going to the Moisture Festival and then her finding out it is a burlesque show. ha, ha, ha. It is nice to know mom can still surprise the old kids.
