I'm 99% sure that Voyager was just a propaganda film for the Federation, as any crew would just mutiny after Janeway's fifth time of saying "NO THANKS WE DON'T WANT AN EASY WAY HOME WE HAVE 'VALUES'. WE'LL JUST STRUGGLE FOR 70 YEARS!!!!".
 
I remember a later episode she did a favour for Q then asked him afterwards why he didn't just send them home this time and he just shrugged and said "lol my son's in this episode too!"

That only good thing about that episode was that Q's Son gave the date of Kirk's five year mission, completely fucking up those "fanon" chronologies.

Again I feel the need to point out the massive flaw in the voyager concept.

70,000 light years from home.
It will take 70 years to get home.
Meaning voyager can only do 1,000 light years a year.
Or 3 light years a day.

What kind of slow ass ship are they flying?
 
It flew at the speed of plot.
