Can anyone remember which episode THIS classic Jackface came from?

It's the one where they've been eating Dharma food for a week or so before realizing it doesn't have a lot of fiber in it. Jack is a little bound up in that episode and it makes him crazy mad, plus that idiot Locke keeps running in to flush the toilet every 186 seconds and it's getting on his fucking nerves...
