Kate Winslet rescued Richard Branson's mother from a fire

People act like she personally threw Mrs Branson over her shoulder and stalked out of the building in triumphant slow motion as timbers collapsed behind her and the entire construct splintered into a million shards as it shook and then exploded outward in all directions.

But all the news articles only say "helped".

Either way she's pretty cool, but I'm curious how much involvement she actually had. I'm sure she could carry and old lady quite comfortably, but she probably just held her hand as someone else carried her, or something like that.

She failed at "not letting go" of Jack but SHE MADE UP FOR IT BY RESCUING THE 104 YEAR OLD LADY AND ALL THEM ORPHAS OKAY.
 
Branson survived though, so the story isn't all "feel good"

Just you wait until the cyrogenically preserved brain of Kate Winslet is placed into the 60-foot tall MECHA-WINSLET, and saves us from Martian invaders in 2931.

At least Branson didn't use the story of Mega Winslet saving his mum for some shameless publicity.
