Actually, when a (not-cartoonishly-overmuscular) h0tz-h0tz chick is doing it, there are two appeal factors:

Yeah, you can see that girl's got some muscle to her legs, but not overly much. Which, by the way, the CGI thing is my definition of "overly much", but then again there isn't a woman alive who actually has legs like that. I think it's a problem of 1. too veiny, 2. too striated and 3. too out of proportion to the rest of her.
