Am using Jasc Animation Shop 3 and it's free if you torrent it.

I stole mine from some bloke @ a LAN party years ago.
 
The torrent stopped 80%. :( I started another one. Its currently at 3.5%.

I have two versions of PhotoShop, so I should be okay on that end.

Ive been messing with the Jasc Anim 3 program. Its actually quite good for creating and editing GIFs. Much better than the one I already had. I have one other GIF maker that converts AVI to GIF. I used that one to make the Faces of Death orgy GIF for Pickle. Maybe, Ill make a few more moods.

The one I have is called vgif. Its a cheap piece of crap*, but it works. If you can find something better, you should, and let me know what it is.

*I dont pay for anything on the internetz, but as far as free goes, its still crap. Freezes up alot.
