They went too far by making him bald. We'd already seen a flashback in a TNG episode where Picard had hair in his thirties. I suppose Shinzon might've shaved it off to feel more Picardish though?

The wedding wasn't so bad, but the set was completely unconvincing. I don't know what they were thinking. We were actually supposed to believe it was taking place outdoors.
