Oh geez, L.A. sinks a fortune into drug addicts every single day, the streets, jails and hospitals are littered with them. The only difference is that this particular drug addict, not unlike many others in the City of Angles, has a lot of money and his trust should pay for his memorial. His children are taken care of as will be his debts and his children will never spend what the legend of MJ will make in the wake of his death in ten life times.
