according to something posted at trekbbs lost forum, there is a scene being filmed in a hospital made up to look like the 50s, its the birth of John Locke, and who is at the bedside as Locke is born?

Richard, looking exactly the same as he does now.

even more intreging, is that Locke himself is due to appear on the same set the next day.

The other with thick eyebrows. He recruited Juliet to the island, brought Locke's father to the island, gave Locke the file on Sawyer which revealed that Locke's dad was the real Sawyer, and was seen in Ben's flashback 30-40 years earlier the exact same age as he was in the present.

Looks like the others have been waiting for Locke to come to the island for a long time.
