LOST!!!!!!

GOOD EPISODE OF LOST THIS WEEK.

One thing I didn't notice until I read it online was The Smoke monster coming through the door RIGHT BY Sun:

and then in the next shot a girl has appeared in the shadows behind her:

Creepy.

Oh, I didn't see that either!

i have a feeling this season's finale is going to have something to do with time travel. just a hunch. lol.

Very impressed with this season. Fact is Lost is owning everything on TV right now.

It was an okay episode. Not as good as LaFleur. I suppose it was necessary to set everything up and move the charactes into their new position.

Showing the plane crash probably sounded like a good idea but the effects looked a bit off. Still was good to have the runway confirmed (I CALLED IT.)

I saw the person in the cabin behind Sun without even reading about it here. Couldn't have been a mistake surely and it wasn't hard to notice. I guess it was supposed to be Claire, but why not just have Claire talk to Sun instead of Christian? Maybe it would freak her out or something.

Amy looked quite hot this week, which I didn't notice last time. Something to keep an eye on. So the baby's Ethan? He looked older than 27.

One thing that does annoy me a bit is the dramatic "REVEALATION" music like when Sawyer was telling Hurley and co they were in 1977. I mean it's dramatic for Hurley, sure, but the viewers have known that for weeks. I don't know, just ANNOYS MY TTIS a little sometimes.

So Radinsky lived in the Flame and designed the Swan...but he drew the blast door map. Which was all vague and full of question marks and statements like "possible location of The Flame". So did he forget where everything is? OR does the real Radinsky die and get replace by Daniel in the Swan (MY BOLD PREDICTION.)

Sawyer pwning Jack was the best scene, but maybe a bit unfair since Jack didn't get to live in a house with nice books and security cameras and stuff.

Kate is hot.

Don't forget that Kelvin drew a lot of the map (as we saw in Desmond's flashback), and that he probably couldn't explore much if he had to push the button.

But Radinsky could have just told him where everything was. Unless Kelvin was lying about Radinsky being involved. I guess we'll find out more about the Swan soon (NUMBERS EXPLANATION IN THE SHOW WHERE IT SHOULD BE!?) and that's why they showed the model.

This season still needs more Desmond too.

I dont see anything behind Sun, but I did wonder why the door came open.

Is Christian controlling smokey or is smokey Christian?

Yeah Sawyer pwned Jack, but Juliet did the same thing to Kate by not including her on the first list so she could come in with the second, make her sweat first.

What's Kate's job? Juliet should have written "the island's bike" on the manifest to really humiliate her.

Another good episode. Little Ben is so creepy. He's like Harry Potter's evil twin.

As a CGI EXPERT did you think the plane crash landing looked "plastic"?

It didn't look very good, no. At least in the shot where it zoomed past the camera. They should've stuck to very short glimpses. The shot from underneath of the landing gear knocking into trees was quite nice, but it helped that it was mostly in shade. Making CG models look real in direct sunlight is way harder than stuff in the dark or in space, not just because you can see the details more clearly, but also because it's the conditions people are most used to seeing things in, so errors instinctively get noticed.

See whisky's recent thread for how you light daytime shots properly.

I hope Sawyer doesn't leave Juliet for Kate! :rwmad:

I loved it when Ben came to see Sayid, the picked the perfect kid to play him.

It was the same kid who played Ben back in season three (just a bit older now.)

Yeah, I remember him. The kid played Ben even better this time, with the evil looking face.

I would guess at this point he's already met Richard (as he did in the season three episode) and is waiting to become a full "other" (Richard told him to be patient.) He probably knew Sayid wasn't really a "hostile".

Sayid was too clean to be a hostile, and I doubt there were any hostiles with Jerry curls.

Or horrible shirts.

Rebecca Mader is apparently pissed at Damon and Carlton.

FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT!

(They said in a podcast that Mader changed the script so that Charlotte's date of birth was 1979 and that's why there's a continuity error with her being a little girl in 1974.)

Also, they killed her off.

I hope she gets drunk and runs onto the set and starts pounding on Hurley's chest or something.
