Lost

I kinda liked it.. I was glad they got with it, Kate and Sawyer's escape was wrapped up quickly, the surgery thing was done and over with.. got a little reasoning behind Juliet being there. Oh and the hour long viewers guide that aired first was really well done.. I never notice the easter eggs, I was glad they pointed some of them out.

I found Juliet's backstory really interesting. When her ex got smashed by the bus, that was the coolest shit..lol.

Next week back the the regular Losties and I'm glad.. their story is so much more entertaining than the others.
 
I said to my wife when she said "he should get hit by a bus" "here's where the show will take on the Devils Disciple motif....she'll be talking to him and suddenly WHAM". I'm getting a bruise on my arm where she punched me after it happened.

except for the elevator scene when the rocker/heroin addict guy yells at Hurley. ...ok,
And when jack's Dad's in the bar with Sawyer....
but that's it! missed the cheerleaders' numbers completely!

this just felt like eating cottom candy - you know how it just sorta vanishes in substance?
waiting til the Brits see it before commenting further....

At least they didn't add to the mystery.. it felt like they were wrapping up the cliffhanger before getting back to the real Losties. We'd all be pissed if they hadn't finished that little drama up.

Can't wait till the Desmond episode.
 
^ Desmond is much more interesting than these Others...could he see the future before the hatch got blown up?
 
I don't think he could, maybe being exposed to all that electromagnetic.. err stuff, scrambled his mental pathways.

so i had been thoroughly against that show, if only because i'd seen too many people fall before it as the peasant falls before the plague, but i ended up watching the recap show last night (spoiler spoiler spoiler) and now i wanna watch fo' realz.

ho hum.
 
Well, after seeing 3x7 I've changed my tune. I really liked it, and it got me back into Lost. I LOVED it when Sawyer used Danny's head to mash the button and then electrocuted him. Bit pointless for Juliette to kill the guy, though. She could've shot him in the arm and then there'd be someone left among the others who had real anger towards the Losties. Even Tom seemed quite amiable by the end of this ep. I'm curious what all that trippy conditioning of Karl was about, do they do this to everyone to get them to work for them? What about Juliette? She still has free will. I wonder why Ben(oh, so he is whatserface's dad!) would've killed Karl if whatserface had left the Other island? She's already a rebel as it is.

Oh yeah, and the name of the research company that was apparently a front for DHARMA had a name that I noticed rearranges as "Lost time".
 
Oh I forgot all about Sawyer smashing Danny's head into the button till it electrocuted him. That was a great scene.

That was some pretty fucked up shit they were doing to Karl. I wonder if he'll become a regular now or if he'll just be forgotten about till they need him to provide some reason for a episode about that girl.. isn't her name Alex or Alexis or something?
