His voice as Darth Vader reminds me of Seth McFarlane in Hellboy 2.

I believe there was a version where they dubbed Arine's voice because his Austian accent was very strong at the point.

Yeah, the Arnie version is the one that was shown on TV. It's the preferred version now. The original dubbing's meant to be very funny, though.
