These stupid chairs in our studios are uncomfortable to begin with, and for some reason, even more so today. I can't find a good sitting zone to caption.
My computer chair is ancient, and the adjustable parts barely work anymore. But I've noticed that a precise chair height is crucial to my legs not falling asleep on me. Of course the thing goes up and down like a hooker on a cruise ship, but once in a while I find the Goldilocks setting.
My computer chair broke awhile back, it was all wobbly & broken at the base...sat on it like that for a couple months, it was like doing a balancing act. I finally went to Walmart & bought their cheap-O $24.99 computer chair. It's not as good as a high quality expensive chair would be, but it is sturdy & serves it's purpose.
Oh my god you guys. Get some better chairs! Ok, for me it is not my chair it is my desk. It was built pre-pc and it has a slide out table for a typewriter, but now I have my printer on it instead. It is kind of a difficult desk to manuever a chair with, it has fancy wood work too, so no matter what kind of chair I am in I cannot be very comfortable for very long.
I have a computer chair that is OK, but I am short so I have to jack it up as high as it will go so my arms are level with the keyboard (or they fall ASLEEP). ANYWAY, this leaves my feet dangling so I have a little wooden platform thingy to put my feet on.
