I don't think Messy owns the gutters as much as just rents it out on the weekends. Something about rollover minutes I'm not sure.

They have your IP right now. You don't have to play over the 'net, but that's what we do here, beat each other up.

Sharing IPs might make some people nervous (The ones superstitious about it.) Which is usually why I offer my own, and host the game.
