So whose fault was it? Was Collins right about Harvey being done all along? Or did Harvey simply get too hyped up from having to argue his way back onto the mound, which is what threw him off? Which would make it Collins' and the pitching coach's fault for thinking up the idea in the first place...

Personally, Collins is not a manager who makes a lot of wrong or wild moves. I think he just knew.

So Harvey turns his legendary performance upside down, and maybe sabotages the team's chances to survive (game's not over yet, Mets are up in the 9th).
