There are many reasons to rank The Outrageous Okona as one of TNG's worst: Joe Piscapo and Data's cringe-inducing stand-up routine; Wesley simping over Okona. But what made it truly outrageous (truly, truly outrageous!) was the violation of a young, impressionable Teri Hatcher at the hands of Han Solo-lite. I fell madly in love with Teri during her time on Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman. I would not discover Trek for several more years. Imagine my surprise and delight when I saw her gorgeous visage grace the corridors of the Enterprise. And then that - creature - put his grubby hands all over her.
