"Breaking Bad"... The Landlord-roomate accidentally had some premium cable channels with her basic cable and I got some "Breaking Bad" when I lived with her. Then I got cable when I bought my house because it was cheap and simple. This was around when Walter is really starting to go off the hook and there were a couple episodes that ended with me screaming with shock and awe at the awesome left turn that happened just before the credits.

And Netflix can't create the feel of the sketchy curtained off porno section at the back of video stores. The thrill and shame of ducking in there to see if they had "In the Rear Dependence Day" or "Shaving Ryan's Privates." And trying to get back out, hoping you didn't bump into your boss or your priest.

I am watching The Bold Type. It is basiclly about 3 girls who work for a magazine called Scarlet.

I am a sucker for these kind of shows. I am just happy that there are at least 3 seasons for me to fill in while waiting for other shows.
 
I can't find the 100 thread. I just finished it. I had saved the last episode for a long long long time because I didn't want it to end. I actually didn't realize it was only 1 episode I had saved...I was hoping it was more and then it abrubtly ended tonight. Ugh.
So now I am waiting on The Umbrella Acedemy, Sabrina, Manifest, Siren, what else?

I love love love Mrs. Maisel, although it's on Amazon not Netflix.

Season 3 drops in December, but there aren't a lot of episodes per season so it doesn't take long to catch up. But there's so much packed in each episode it will feel like more. It's not a show to have on in the background -- they all talk really fast, it's a talky witty comedy. With gorgeous production values and great locations (especially season 2).
 
I haven't found a lot of shows that I can actually watch in the background anymore. Sometimes I do, but I end up realizing I missed something, then I just put it on pause so I can write a post, answer an email, cook an omlette or do whatever I need to do, and then eventually I come back to it. Today it took me almost all afternoon to finish SNL. WTF. Finally tonight I was just watching a show, turned off all electronics....for the most part.

I will try to check out MM on Amazon. : )
