Yeah, it's all about health. There's a reason so many wrestlers die before 40, Rock's better off out of it.
The problem with Cena is they were pushing him as the top star LONG before he deserved it. Someone like Edge FOR EXAMPLE had worked harder and longer for years and NEVER got the kind of proteced mega push Cena got just a few years and a few adequate matches into his career. Even now Edge can only beat The Undertaker after two other guys have beat him up for twenty minutes! (Although to be fair he's a cowardly heel and shit.)
