Yes, think of the liability the city has if someone kinda, sorta trips accidentally on purpose and mock injures themselves. I smell lawsuit with large attorney's fees and costs involved. City beware! Take out those dangerous Ficus Benjaminas now or rue the day you planted them -- which you should be rueing right now. Just look at that sidewalk that you'll have to redo. That tree removal is gonna leave a great big hole and someone might just fall in and -- here we go again with the lawsuits.
 
Actually, there is more truth to that than you might think.

People gripe about the tree being removed but they will sue the city for premises liability. The awards, attorneys fees, costs of court and such will come out of taxpayer money. Plus, something like that could be basis for an Americans with Disabilities Act lawsuit. There are lawyers that make a living on filing suits for things just like that.

This is what the typical defendant's attorney sees - municipality as defendant - cheaper to the taxpayer to settle than to fight it out in court.

Dono and company whined like bitches for weeks behind the scenes til I asked her nicely to let him back in. She told me more than once it was my request that tipped the scales.

Shows how silly most girls are around a piece of shit like that. He fools everyone. Dono is self explanatory as the Fool. Gear is a good troll which was why when we got along it was fun. But he's a crazy fucker with issues layered within issues.
 
I think RG's weed was laced because he went off on LC after she posted an article about ancient herbs. Very strange behavoir indeed, but not a bannable offense in my opinion.
