Okay, so.... first skate out in over a year and KC feels like a god-damned PUSS.

Lungs burning, cardio for shit, foot cramping, back of knee PAIN, stoopid fucking rocks on sidewalk kill maim death, sun in my eyes stumble curse, Converse All-Stars thin-soled stagger grief...

That, my friends, is FREEDOM!

I resumed running about 4 years ago after a 7 or 8 year layoff. I thought I was gonna die. However, since I had been an avid runner before, I got my wind and stamina back within a month. Same thing with golf. Same thing with skateboarding, I'm sure.

Your body will remember, just give it a week or two.
 
In 1986 I was a Senior in high school. Good thing they didn't start injecting kids with growth hormone until 87.

At this time Bam was only 7 years old.
