If you're shopping for a new one, don't buy another Dell. They have publicly stated that they are slowly getting out of the personal PC business and focusing on business solutions, so little consumers like you and me no longer mean squat to them.

It's a pity, because my last 3 machines have been Dells, and they've worked like champs. Sigh.

I should know, I'm an expert on spilling gins and tonics on expensive electronics.
