Lost my 8-iron when I left it behind at a course last month. Decided to try the new irons offered by the company that makes the irons I use now. Supposed to be even better than the excellent ones I use now. Just got my driver regripped to fit my huge meathooks better, and I was striping it 285 last night. Also hitting my hybrid 3 around 190. Too bad it's supposed to rain all weekend.

In my experience, golfers are the most honourable sportsmen.

I called the golf course, and they said no one had turned it in. Could be stuck in a bunker somewhere, or in the rough. I would call again...but I really wanted to try these new irons anyway. This gives me an excuse.

And yes, I've found that 99% of golfers are very honourable!

I always wonder about those people. The guys who clearly shoot like 110 and get upset when they shank a shot, or hit a tree.

Golf is supposed to be fun and relaxing. I ain't Tiger Woods, and I'll never be close. Who cares?
