Depends what you mean by critics...if that includes message board posters, THEn.

The Phantom Menace
Attack Of The Clones
Revenge Of The Sith
War Of The Worlds (Cruise one)
Star Trek: Generations
Charlie and the Choclate Factory

In no particular order:

Catch & Release
Queen of the Damned
Ella Enchanted
Home for the Holidays
Copycat
Underworld Evolution (I still don't understand some of the criticism for this one)
Elektra
Brothers Grimm

Brothers Grimm was okay too.

^If you go into it knowing it's cheesy, then it's rather enjoyable. I actually liked the kind of character Heath Ledger played, a bumbling lovesick puppy, since I'd never seen him in that kind of role. He always does such dark characters (with the exception of 10 Things I Hate About You).

I also liked The Davinci Code.

1941
STV
Jackass

JUST DONT JUDGE ME!

Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. (IMHO it was cos the book was too hard an act to follow)

Pitch Black

Romeo Must Die

Destiny Turns on the Radio

The Saint

Shoot Em Up (c'mon people have a sense of humour! it's a send-up fergodssake!)

The Transporter (suck it critics; best car chase scene EVAR)

I had this on my list for a while before I hit Submit, because I did/do love it. But I read the book much later, and now when I watch it, the shortcomings just scream at me more. So ultimately I left it off. But I still love a lot about it, especially the brilliant idea of casting the Lady Chablis as...the Lady Chablis! :D

oh yes indeedy. :D
BTW, WTF would critics think was wrong with The Big Easy and Mermaids?
(critics! bah!)

^They didn't like Dennis Quaid's Cajun accent.

As for Mermaids...who knows. Probably because of Cher.

I like her acting better than her singing. True story!

Major Payne
Aliens vs. Predator
Battlefield Earth
Deuce Bigalow
The Exorcism of Emily Rose
Sahara
Hellboy
The Village
Van Helsing
The Passion of the Christ (love is the wrong word - respected)

Oh! Forgot about the Exorcism of Emily Rose. I thought that was a great film.
