NAME FIVE THINGS YOU LIKE ABOUT GLASGOW

curiousa2z

Be patient till the last.
I'm curious.

Can't think of any.

Desmond? Is he from Glasgow?

1 It has a clean station
2 there is a forbidden planet store
3 it has some intersting looking buildings
4 americans think it rhymes with cow instead of go
5 the airport approach is over the top of several large blocks of flats

I like Glasgow. Every time I've gone it's been a good trip.

SEAN BIGGERSTAFF AYE

I wonder what he's up to right now...

1 I suppose so
2 I've been in it!
3 Don't most cities have a few?
4 True and annoying
5 The flight path goes over my town too. There's planes flying over all the time, yet whenever I've actually been on a plane going into Glasgow I've been unable to spot my house from the air. Disappointing.

see, I knew there was something good.

my ballerina friend who now lives in Zurich used to live in Glasgow. Wish I'd visited her when I had the chance.
ah well.

I used to live near an airport and I could always spot my house. When I was little I waved at it like it was ALIVE.

Never having been in Glasgow, I can think of only one thing I like about Glasgow:
It's in Scotland.

Someplace definitely not in Portland.

Whenever I see the word "Glasgow" I always read it in my head as glass glow for some reason.

Well it's an improvement at least.

Yeah, I've got the O going in the right direction.

I always read it as glass cow.

I still can't stop with the Glass glow thing.. It's like it is permanently stuck in my neural pathways.

I don't understand where the "cow" pronounciation comes from when there isn't a "c" in there.
