I did see Star Trek, and I recognize that as the ship Kirk's dad died on. But I don't remember that character's name, sorry!
 
The character was only named in publicity material, but he was pretty distinctive onscreen. I think this pic is from the trading card set.

AKB was played by a girl but the character's gender remains unknown IF S/HE EVEN HAS ONE.
 
Well in my continuity the females of AKB's species are huge and live in caves and only breed with the males once a year (or something) and all the males are in homosexual relationships and AKB is in love with George Kirk, SO...

No one, I repeat NO ONE, has a penis in Roddenberry's universe. Penises just lead to trouble.
