New BitchSlapSmitty artwork up! Evaluate if desired.

You ARE being trolled, if you are refusing to accept valid criticism.

Why not simply hit the reset button? If you are truly interested in a critique, ask for one without being defensive (If you are).

There's no reason to fling crap amidst valid discussion, is there?

Sure. First, Like You Mention, The Use Of Computer Lettering Is Terrible. Some Artists Can Utilize It Although It Is A Different Font Than Comic Sans. Try Your Own Handwriting. It May Not Be As Neat As A Computer Font But It Will Match Your Art. Your Panel Layouts Are Atrocious. Panel One Is Adequate, It Establishes The Mood Of The Strip. The Next “Panel” Translates Action Well, Although The “Flame” Borders Seem Ridiculous. Do Either Of Those Characters Produce Fire? Are They Named “Flame-man”? Why Fire? After That It All Falls Apart. It Is As If You Spent Too Much On The Previous Panels And Realized You Were Running Out Of Room. Therefore You Crammed As Much Information As You Could Into The Remaining Space. And It Shows. The “Kick His Ass” Panel Is Awkward Because Of The Placement Of The Ring’s Ropes. Also, The Shadows Are Off. The Last Two Panels Need Work As Well In Terms Of Lighting And Character Placement. It Is Okay To Remove The Background But Why Are They Cut-off At The Knees? Forgive My Crude Skills, But I Have Re-Arranged Your Strip TO Better Illustrate What I Mean. Here:

Let's dissect my strip as I'm the artist I should be able to defend my work as well as give the reasons behind the actions of it.

Panel one, has the Wrestler Senor Fumas 2 swing for the fences and miss, while Phil the Account, (guy in bunny suit) ducks down low cocking his left fist back.

the next 3 panels are small flame bullets to show the action increasing as Phil lays the hurt of fumas. 1 beat, 2 beat, 3 beats....
and in the fourth panel, I have the two characters The Frisco Kid and Arachno lad watching from out side the ring.

It's at this point where an artist has to decide that the 4th beat will either be a cut away to other characters reacting to the action or giving the reader info, or w/ the other option of staying w/ the fight and throwing a big panel in there w/ maybe a knock out punch.

I chose to go w/ progressing the story and providing a subplot/suprise to long time readers of the Wrestling Theatre.
The remainder panels follow that portion through.

Now it's someone elses turn to take the strip where ever it'll go. They'll either build off that plot, or go back to the action or do something completely different.

When it comes to my work? You may not like the man, but respect the method motherfucker.

What?! Not ok to fling crap at an obvious troll?

The guy isn't trying to critique he's as I've stated trying to troll.

So I fling crap at someone who's beneath respect when it comes to actual critiquing and art.

Now don't start lecturing me on wether or not it's more noble to take the high road esp. here in this fucking place, hah.

Thanks Curious, some trolls ignore, some I play into cause well....there's nothing good on t.v. or I don't feel like watching flip that house w/ the fiancee.

I've been meaning to ask you Curious2 do you have a spot on the web where you showcase your art and discuss it?
