I was going to do a 3rd Doctor cosplay. The cape makes it work. But I'm cheap. So I had a great plan: On Halloween, I'd buy a children's Dracula cape and an adult Dracula cape (you know, the cheap satin things with a red lining). Then I'd cut armholes in the adult cape and put the children's one over it-Presto! Instant Inverness cape.
It turns out that it's surprisingly hard to find a cheap black satin Dracula cape with a red lining and pretty much impossible to find one and a matching pair.
