Of course they want war. The US cant keep it's nose out of anything and North Korea has nothing better to do but wage war. It's not like anyone gives a shit about them otherwise.

That's right, the United States should just wait for every country in the world, no matter how crazy their leader is, to develop nuclear bombs. The more countries with nuclear bombs, the safer the world will be and the United States will never have any reason to regret not being proactive in stopping it. The United States should never have any regrets in this matter.
