There is no "objective" and "universal" definition of good and evil.
They are two subjective and situational concepts that vary from one culture to another to the point of contradiction.
This might come across a no-brainer, but Nietzsche's take on this subject remains one of the best. And I'm not talking about the obvious "Beyond good and evil", but rather "Thus Spake Zarathustra", and an interpretation of the Übermensch concept that has to do with transcending the good/evil dichotomy and embracing a higher state of existence that is devoid of traditional morality (which is not necessarily amoral).
