I think that smiley is to indicate being embarrassed. On WordForge they have the same smiley & the WF code for it is

When we had that network forum, Hambil loaded 3 boards' worth of smileys into our system so that the other boards could use and see smileys.
Since the network is long dead, I'm sorting through them and getting rid of most of the gay non-TK ones. But it'll take some time to make sure that all the codes are covered, so that the board doesn't suddenly look like a coding junkyard.
