Santorini (Greek Σαντορίνη, IPA: ˌsado̞ˈrini) is a small, circular archipelago of volcanic islands located in southern Aegean Sea, about 200 km south-east from Greece's mainland. It is also known as Thera (or Thira, Greek Θήρα, IPA: ˈθira). It is the southernmost member of the Cyclades group of islands, with an area of approximately 73 km² (28 mi²), and in 2001 had an estimated population of 13,600. Santorini is essentially what has been left from an enormous volcanic explosion which destroyed the settlements thereon and led to the creation of the current geological caldera. Its spectacular natural beauty along with its eminent nightlife make the island one of Europe's top tourist hotspots.

Depart on Highspeed 4 from Syros at 7AM Saturday morning.
Arrive in Santorini 3 hours later (instead of the 10 hours it takes on the slow boats) and get ready for three days of partaaay time with Leo, Maria and Candace. Oh, and Candace's parents who are arriving a day later and want to go on a tour of the winery's.
Aaaaand we're all staying at Perivolas hotel which has the infinity pool.
Santorini is the fucking best place ever. I've only been once before and only briefly so I am verily happy right now to be going. There is too much to do. Going to be checking out the clubs at night and swimming and drinking and exploring by day.
Should be a blast. And as luck would have it this fucked up heatwave is ending tomorrow so the weather will be absolutely perfect.
