Ogami: Standing Proud Amongst the Wreckage.

I could care less, except those blood-sucking Demorats will do their best to strip us of our second amendment rights, and raise taxes to take away our hard-earned dollars.

They should be glad I'm not in charge. Iraq and Afganistan, problem solved, three months tops. Of course, nobody would like the solution, but hey, it'd be solved.

Oh, I'm ecstatic.

The Democrats aren't perfect and my opinion is if you're a politician, you're either a crook or a corpse. Either way, politics isn't about listening to the people anymore.

I'm happy because the high and mighty Republicans have been knocked down a few pegs, Rumsfeld bailed the sinking ship like the little rat I've always thought he was, and George Bush is now running scared and has to start watching his back. He's been given a clear message that the American people are angry.

Life is good. :bigass:

Well, with a defeat of this magnitude, I'm sure it'll be a few weeks before some of them are able face the light of day again.

Of this "magnitude"?! Sweetheart, lets get things into perspective here, Hillary Clinton didn't win the White House with Bill Clinton as her V.P. so calm down. This may seem huge to Democrats but this was totally expected by Republicans. The liberal media kept the total focus of these campaigns on the war and if I were as small minded as apparently many voters are I too would have voted for Democrats but everything else is too good to flush it down the crapper. Unfortunately exactly zero of the good going on around here was focused upon and what a shame too.

Back we go into the smoke and mirrors '90's, nothing real will get done for at least the next two years.

God if you really think that about George W. Bush you haven't been paying much attention for the last 6 years. It wouldn't surprise me a bit if that cowboy started out and out vetoing shit left and right.

S'okay Dems, we Repubs are sort of looking forward to watching that bumbling moron Nancy Pelosi. Watching her speak is a cross between a really good bloody car wreck directly outside your window and nails on a chalkboard.

Genocide? I'm curious how to win a civil war where you are an initial creator then bystander / catalyst.

Bitter much?

The war was a big part of it. But the fact that the Republicans have been swamped in corruption and shown that they're not the "moral, upstanding, conservative party" that they say they are.

The majority of Americans can't be wrong. ;)

LOL.

Let him. The American people spoke on this election and the Republican majority is out of office because they didn't listen to the people.

Bush will just seal the 08 elections for the Democrats if he continues the trend.

According to you they can. They couldn't have possibly voted for George W. Bush, not once but twice. And they couldn't have possibly voted for a Republican House and Senate not once but many, many times and now all of the sudden voters can't be wrong? My, my how hypocritical of you, for shame.

I'm not bitter, not at all. My job and savings are secure, I took advantage of all the good the Bush Administration has done, saving Clinton's failing economy and all, so things are fine on my end. I'm almost giddy with anticipation, just waiting to see what bold yet completely pointless move the Dems will make first. I like watching people who voted for these knobs turn flush with embarassment.

Well fuck.

Right back at you then you hypocrite.

I don't think Bush will veto anything sent to him by the Democrat congress (ack, did I just say that phrase?), he went along with the Democrat legislature of Texas, he's more bipartisan than John McCain could ever dream of.

By the way, John McCain and the rest of the minority GOP senators just tanked their presidential ambitions for 2008. Thanks for nothing! Being moderate just put your asses out of power, hope you love it. That's what McCain and the other "moderate" Republicans get for running away from conservativism.
