Sorry to disappoint, Omar. The Spamstitution states that notice of an election must be given at a minimum of 14 days prior to the election. Due to the fact that you announced this election on 5/4/09, the soonest the election can be is on 5/18/09. The last day for moderator nominations is on 5/16/09.

This means we have plenty more time for nominations and political jockeying.

That being said, I nominate FBI Parte Due for moderator.
