Go to the kitchen and hide any and all wafle/pancake/french toast ingredients (and/or frozen waffles, Eggos or Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches) and announce that you need to do grocery shopping but won't have time before work tomorrow.
Then, remove a circuit breaker causing a partial or total blackout in your place. If they don't get the hint by then, it's OK to be rude because they're obviously an idiot.
