Maybe. What about you? What in particular did you find funny? How old were you when you learned about periods?
 
I was in third grade when I learned about periods. So, I guess eight or nine years old. I learned about it because one of the girls in my class got her period in the middle of class and didn't know what was going on. My teacher had to help her. The next day she explained to all of us what happened. I went home that afternoon and asked my mother, who was always comfortable telling me about that kind of thing.

I thought the video was funny all-around because of the fact that it was a downs girl who was asking all of the questions. The sterility of the language was another selling point. Lastly, the Father's enthusiasm and knowledge of the subject for that time period was astounding, therefore funny.
 
Was it really a downs girl? I had trouble telling for sure. I have no idea what guys know, and what is typical for guys to know during any decade. Both of my parents are in the medical field and don't have hang-ups on topics like that. Sort of.

In second grade my mother sat me down and told me that at some point in my life I was going to go through "a change" and that change would mean I had become a woman. She said it could happen any time, any day, starting now. That's all she told me for another two or three years and then the next time she showed me a video and gave me pads.

Why? It was when I was helping change her diaper when she was younger. Nothing sick about it.
 
Yeah, but revealing the anything about seeing a family member's vagina can be potentially dangerous later on if discovered by the wrong person. Remember what info I found out about RWC? Trust me, with the right search on a message board one can find EVERY little detail you've posted about yourself there. I just say that because personal info like that can get you into trouble IRL if the wrong person got their hands on it, and I don't like seeing fellow TKers get harassed like that.
 
I haven't. I didn't become sexually active until I was 14. By then I had difficulty maintaining one tone of my voice and hair in all kinds of funny places.

I'd say sexually active means heavy petting of another person's genitalia. It's at the point when you are trying to please or be pleased by someone in a sexual way.

I didn't lose my virginity until 16.
 
What about when you were sitting and taking a bath? Did you ever go to camp? (not a euphemism)
