The Wandering Minstrals were pretty crap. They could have at least gotten more points on that websites question.
 
The websites question was super easy!
I also got Portuguese speaking countries and chess notation on 3 points, roommate got music question on 5 points.

I expected the Whovians to be the team I hated, but it turns out the other team was a bunch of posh cunts (who only like music from before the 1860s) so!
 
The QI Elves team captain annoyed me with his "Okay, so, I'm going to say..." before giving the answer. Just give the answer.
 
Yeah he was annoyingly uncertain about everything.

Good ep for me! Three points on state nicknames, political party logos (ofc), only connect logo, two points on peacock, one point on thirteen.

Kicked myself for not realizing the Martin Freeman one.
 
As soon as "The Brittas Empire" appeared I thought "it was all a dream" (because that ending was really really terrible) but I don't know if I would have actually buzzed in on five points.

I got the Blackadder deaths pretty quickly.
 
1984 ministries on three, spotted 3/4 connections on both walls quickly, did super well on the missing vowels round (which was really easy but only one team was good at it?)
 
The Nightwatchmen captain was really talkative. The other two on his team were nearly completely silent. It was an interesting dynamic!

I thought they'd win...
